- Eligibility
The promotion is open to registered players aged 18 years and over. Employees of the company and its affiliates are excluded. - Promotion Period
The Pick 1 Second Chance Promotion runs for the advertised promotional period only. Entries outside this window will not be considered. - How to Enter
All eligible Pick 1 + Gold Ball tickets played during the promotion period automatically qualify for the Second Chance draw. No additional entry is required.
- Winner Selection
Winners are selected at random from all qualifying entries and announced via official brand channels. - Winner Notification
Winners will be contacted using the contact information provided during registration. It is the player’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date. - Prize Collection
Winners must collect or make arrangements to collect their prizes within two (2) weeks of being contacted. - Forfeiture Clause
- If a winner fails to collect or make arrangements to collect their prize within two (2) weeks of being contacted, the prize will be forfeited.
- If the company is unable to successfully contact a winner after two (2) weeks of reasonable attempts, the prize will also be forfeited.
- Forfeited prizes will not be re-awarded or compensated.
- Verification
All winners are subject to verification, including valid identification and ticket validation, prior to prize handover.
- Non-Transferability
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives unless otherwise stated. - Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. - General Conditions
The company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice, subject to regulatory approval where applicable. - Final Authority
All decisions made by the company in relation to the promotion are final and binding.
