Game Park Limited, the partner of Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) in Ghana, has successfully commissioned its cutting-edge draw studio, named the “Black Star Studio,” following the timely completion of the 90-day operational deadline mandated in its licensing agreement.

The inauguration of the Black Star Studio marks a significant milestone, as it now allows Ghanaians to access its inaugural game, “Pick 4.”

The partnership between SVL and Game Park Limited, known for its commitment to transparency and integrity, received approval from the National Lottery Authority (NLA) in Ghana for implementing the country’s “highest standard operating procedures” for draw processes.

SVL serves as the technical service provider for Game Park Limited and supplies the games offered by the company. The gaming platform utilized by Game Park’s games is powered by SVL’s GLI-certified proprietary software.

Clair-Ann Kennedy, CEO of SVL’s Ghana operations, expressed her pride in achieving this milestone and underscored its significance in the business partnership.

“As the technical service provider, SVL has been working closely with the Game Park team to bring the gaming experience to life. She also expressed her elation at meeting the strict 90-day operational deadline set by the license. “I am glad to announce that we have been able to fulfil the conditions of our license, which required us to start operations within 90 days after issuance. During this period, we worked tirelessly to create a world-class platform that promises players the best lottery experience in Ghana,” she said.

Kingston, Jamaica, April 26, 2023 – The National Lottery Authority (NLA) in Ghana has signed on Game Park Limited as a Third-Party Collaborator to operate a lottery in that country.

The Governing Board of the NLA issued the licence to Game Park Limited on Wednesday, 26^th April 2023, at a brief ceremony at Holiday Inn, Accra.

Supreme Ventures Limited, (SVL) the premier gaming and entertainment provider in Jamaica and the Caribbean since 2001, will be the Technical Service Provider for Game Park. SVL has been listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange since 2006 and has provided exciting gaming products and solutions to the market through its large distribution network for over 20 years.

Commenting on the development SVL said “we are pleased with this progress in our partnership with the NLA and Game Park Limited. We look forward to a fruitful collaboration that will benefit players, stakeholders and the lottery industry in general in Ghana.”

The National Lottery Authority stated that “it is excited to partner with Game Park Limited to introduce innovative and exciting new games for its patrons, simultaneously increasing winnings and revenue. In addition, Game Park Limited will offer great business opportunities through their operations for agents nationwide.”

Present at the signing ceremony was the Chairman of the NLA Governing Board, His Eminence. Torgbui Francis Nyonyo, the Director General of the NLA, Mr. Samuel Awuku, several Board members and Management of the Authority, along with the Executive Director of Game Park Limited, Madam Bibi Bright, the Executive Chairman of Supreme Ventures Limited, Mr. Gary Peart, and other members of the SVL team.

Supreme Ventures Limited (SVL) hosted a delegation from the National Lottery Authority of Ghana (NLA). The NLA is both an operator and the regulator of the National Lottery of Ghana.

The visiting delegation were in Jamaica from September 13 – 18 for a study tour to observe SVL’s operations in Jamaica, monitor best practices in the Jamaican lottery industry and to discuss opportunities for possible collaboration.

SVL Executive Chairman Gary Peart expressed delight with the discussions and welcomed the interest from the Ghanaian lottery authority. “We are happy to host officials from the NLA of Ghana, here in Jamaica which is our flagship operation. As one of the longest serving and largest lottery operations in the region, we believe SVL has considerable experience to share with the NLA.”

He noted that the trip offered mutual benefits for both parties “We regard this visit as an opportunity for exchange of knowledge and so we anticipate learning some best practices from the NLA which is the largest lottery operator in Ghana. This is certainly a mutually beneficial visit.” During the five-day visit, the Ghanaian delegation that comprised senior officials of the National Lottery Authority of Ghana, also met with representatives of the government and the Betting Gaming and Lotteries Commission.
